Ya keep in mind though there is a difference between 9800gtx and 9800gtx+ and we were referring to the 9800gtx+ so don't accidently order the cheaper 9800gtx thinking its the same. The "+" refers to a die change meaning it runs cooler and uses less power, and at higher speeds.

The 9800 GTX+ is identical to the GTS 250 (just as the 9800 gt is the same as the 8800 gt, silly Nvidia). It's a pretty good card, you wouldn't be wrong to go with it, but I think you'd be better off getting a Radeon 4770 (slightly cheaper, similar speed, runs cooler and less power consumption). If your using a resolution below 1680x1050 I would stick with the 9800gtx+/gts250, but if your using higher (1920x1200) than the 4770 is superior in every way. At 1680x1050 the perfo

My friend has 108kilobit upload speed according to speakeasy.net/speedtest, pretty piss poor I know but he can't even play 2v2 w/o unbareable lag. 1v1 is fine and 3 players in a game is pretty good. I am hoping he'll be able to 3v3 after this patch cus living in the boonies he has little options or money for an internet upgrade.

I just priced out a computer that cost $1748usd compared to a system I recently build for $1700cdn after taking my cut (I build custom pc's to make a bit of extra cash). I got my friend to buy the game and his connection can't even handle 2v2 (handles 3 players in a game great). He has about 1 megabit down and 108kilobit up - rather piss poor. Now he's probably gonna have to switch isps in order to play. Any plan on when 1.01 is to be released to the public?

Anyone figure anything out? I have him reinstalling the game now, hoping that does something. He can see games through impulse -> community but trying to join just brings him to the custom games list in game, which is still empty.

Highly skilled player looking for group/clan in Demigod Multiplayer Demigod Forums

I am looking for a clan or organized group to play with, particularly once clanwars takes off. I'm a highly skilled player and expect the same from those I play with. If any groups are looking to add someone, I'd be happy to apply/tryout. Fun facts. I hate losing, it pisses me off. I've been competetive in several games, mainly rts/rpg/mmo (including DoTA). My main goal in a clan is to win games and play with players as good as me.
