Well, there are ways to speeding up the games, such as game speed, ex rate, and game type. My biggest gripe would have to be... that it is too addicting =D
thats my gripe too.. god help me when online is viable.. and i can actually look at my stats etc.. i'll be playing far too much.. its addicting as hell just on hamachi

I'll be glad to help out with a series of leaf network and I'm even willing to offer a guide on how to connect using Leaf. Sorry I replied so late. I work a weird shift so my "waking" hours are fairly late eastern time. I'll toss you a pm here and give you a shout on Hamachi if you're on som
NOW I CAN HACK YOUR PC LOLOLOL but yes, this is an annoying error, generally happens to me when i alt tab into a game lobby whilst in fullscreen mode.. to fix that problem.. use windowed mode (strected to fit fullscreen) and the error goes away.. it was such a game-stopping issue for ages that me and a few mates have created a team [FE] - Fatal Error , in its honour [e digicons]:cylon:[/e]
2-3 hour matches? i havent seen a singleplayer game over 1 hour.. nor have i seen a multiplayer game go much over 30 mins (with skilled players)
i never questioned your motives, however it seemed mine were questioned :O i simply asked "is that not an average score for winning all rounds" (it is, isnt it?) - and blam someone comes to the rescue on the offensive :D - only just revisted Singleplayer tonight since i last played it 3 days ago.. it seems harder now somehow? - people are so easy to kill.. but... these Bots are ridiculous now :D
Quoting Blakeybastard, reply 2learn2nightmare other than that.. isnt that an average score for winning all the rounds? id say its probably above average, lets see your score for hard.
I'm currently working on beating Nightmare - which seems to be impossible - or close to it due to the extra XP the enemy seems to gain. Hard isn't r
sorry.. i dont understand you mr.OP Are you trying to start a discussion? - Posing a question helps with this.
Make that a vent server or.. perhaps i can post the info here.. and you'd have a deal... teamspeak codecs are so awful it hurts my ears
Minions in the early game are just not worth it in my opinion, they don't really give you all that much of an advantage. Once priests come into the game, minion power goes up significantly. Until then, I'd rather just save the extra cash to get my mana hat as soon as possible, and then some armor. (I always start out with the +400 hp favor item, this helps with not buying the armor straight up)
you c
may i be the first to say First -- looking forwards to its completion.. i have played a few MP games as a near bulb only player, shield spamming my allies, my minions, hell even the creeps if it would give us more time. i found it to be a very nice support build, especially when mulch starts to heal for good numbers
tbh, this is the first game i have enjoyed, and played for longer than 2-3 hours in years. its brilliant, and via lan/hamachi its a lot of fun, i dont mind waiting for the Online issues to be solved - it always takes time with EVERY NEW ONLINE GAME to get it sorted, nevermind that this one was released early (not by devs doing) id give it a rundown like this Graphics 7 (its not crysis, but they work) Sound 7 (theres
learn2nightmare other than that.. isnt that an average score for winning all the rounds?
This is a very interesting guide in general though.. ill try QoT again next :) Erebus/Regulus fan atm though
Virid and Jash.. Learn2play guys! For the first wave.. having those extra minions is a BIG thing. Psychologically.. and in terms of damage, seeing the first wave, accompanied by a demigod and an extra 6 minions (especially when those minions deal a LOT of damage early game) ... its not like im saying, yeah always buy, cast resell, i mean simply for the first wave.. you lose out on around 250 gold.. but gain all 6 minions early game and STI
Nawes man.. Erebus is a better assasin than the assassins! I find.. go for speed (you will be hunting down a LOT) - as a rule with generals, always buy rank 2 archer idol, cast it, sell it, rank 2 mino idol, cast it sell it, wait 15 seconds till u can buy monk (or not.. its okay without them) and then grab ur teleport scrolls or potions.. or armor whatever. the idea is Buy Bite buy rank 1 of your nightcrawler skill, buy the stun as
Hard was easy, nightmare was a challenge (AI XP cheats) Multiplayer is whats difficult at times
again, as with every other General based strat that keeps popping up.. none seem to make use of the fact that at the start you can buy, cast and then sell each Idol (including have tier 2 archers) right off the bat, and STILL be able to buy your initial teleport and pots. the general who utilises this is much more effective than the general who does not.
wait.. Mr. General Expert.. I'm an assasin player 90% of the time, yet i managed to figure out that Buying the idols, casting, reselling, till u have all 6 of the idol summons and then buying tele/pots is probably the best way to go :O those summons can provide a real hearty addition to your initial attack wave
thats basically what i do.. 50% more damage, attack, stun.. if they then manage to get too far spit again.. what i cant decide on is which Favor item to use.. early game "swift anklet" makes sure you get the kill.. but also Furious Blade has provided some "omg wow" moments where ive been able to just kill people so quickly it felt dirty
Demigod LAN Demigod LAN2 Demigod LAN3 Demigod LAN4 DemigoD Those 4 channels are highly active, with a cap of 50 members each - have been playing all day over these, probably played 20+ fun games :P.
Nice write up :) I forgot to mention a few things which i will add in Level 1-5 for me are Crucial - if you play them right, you can set yourself up for a very dominant game. Level 1 - Spit Level 2 - Bestial Rage Level 3 - Ooze (so useful in so many ways) 4) - Your Choice Level 5) Post Mortem the mix of Spit + bestial rage make it very easy for you to get some early ganks in on any str
Ok, is there alot of items to work for? or will it be an easy thing to obtain all the favor items? And what kinds of bonuses do these items give?
after a solid day of play.. ive only managed to unlock 4-5 of them - altho that includes 2 of the more expensive ones.. would probably take a week of playing too much.. maybe a month+ of casual play
as you unlock achievements, you acrew "favor points" which can be used to buy items that u pick at the start of each game.
Didnt take part in the beta or anything.. but have racked up a stupid amount of playtime this weekend :P - 5 singleplayer tournaments (3 on nightmare) and a shed-load of Lans with a group of friends - so far its pretty cool. Singleplayer seems only to be there as an afterthought.. something to do if u just want to check out what an specific setup can do.. the multiplayer (the main focus) is brilliant so far, and addictive.. really has a strong "on
This section of the forum looks like its in need of a little more discussion! So i've decided to do a short, but hopefully informative write-up of how i find success as the UB. the first thing to consider, is the UB's general stats.. you'll notice he has a higher speed than the other demigods - but sacrifices health - at least in the early stages. So to start with, i reccomend purchasing the 1k boots that give +10% speed, should make it a lot easier to k
