It's a bug: select your demigod on Skirmish without choosing a side, then choose dark in Panthenon. Play as whoever you just picked!
u got me added. Happy to play with u since u r good player. let me know when u r on
Well if you're playing with irek you'll probably be playing with me. Hit me up. :D
It would probably be a short-curcuited boolean var onGameEnd { //dostuff if (!game.isUnranked()) reportGame();
This happens if you changed your user name... it happened to me and then I switched back because it drove me insane. I'm hoping that 1.19 or 1.2 will fix it...
I disagree with saying Cata is the most ... balanced map. It's horribly, horribly imbalanced. It's a total fight for the HP flag the whole game and the Forces of Light are on the Gold side of the HP flag. Not balanced. Best for 3v3 (other options are Crucible, which has even more balance issues, Prison is good but forces very different playstyle/demigod choices that make it less varied gameplay). So, sadly, Cata is the only 'good' choice remaining. But don't be calling it 'balanced'.
Yes. Learn to monk split. 2 monks can't heal you twice anyway :D Just make sure you click them, they will follow them around everywhere, though they are prone to tower suiciding. Also, if your tagged player gets a kill, you will typically get an assist, and your monk will also grind a small amount of XP / Gold for you. win-win. Your partner stays capped hp, can hold lanes better, better warscore... you get assists, slight xp/gold boost. You lose nothing, really, except having

Frogboy mentioned himself that though there would be periodic stat reset, there would be NO more favor point reset (the reason for the first one was because FP was buggy and some people, like me, had won 2000 favor points per match for about 3 matches in a row) and had put us on a high plane than other people since we could get any favor item. However, I don't think it'll happen again. I know that Frogboy has said he wants to stat-reset, but also only if it WORKS. It clearly d
oh man.... making Sludge cast while moving would be... very powerful. Pretty much an AA-reg killer. It'd need an increase in cast time or cost or something.
As others had said, you can Gadget a tower for 2000 hp. I do this all the time if they push a tower early game, then run when I come at them with full hp and they are at 30%. The tower does all the dirty work of pushing them out of the lane for me :D I would like to see this sort of idea implemented, though. It would probably have to be longer than 7 seconds though. 15 would be safe becauase it would provide enough time to walk to your base, heal up, then buy a TP and TP back to your
Armor of Veggeance triggers too, I think. It should slay a arrow rook.
No, it does NOT. I have tried this, and cried when it didn't. You had no idea how much I wanted to 350 dps after I realized that would be a sic secret-combo to Rook that would result in him dying... 12 arrows per second x 35 damage... But yes, I tested this a few months ago. However, Groffing DOES work against Rook.
Yes, Zechno plays a mean Hybrid ;) On topic: Furious Blades rocks on two maps: Prison and Exile. Exile has crystals so mana that a BotS gives you or the HP that Blood gives you is not quite as essential (assuming you can keep that crystal locked and secure). Blades is great on Prison for chasing and also good for a lucky surprise skill. Blades also proc's itself (eg, the 30% increased attack speed CAN and WILL re-proc and extend the timer back to the full 5 seconds) and
ManOwaRR, I was getting a ping of 300 to you in a 3v3 (lobby). I'm hoping you should be able to play 2v2, but I'd stick with EU players as much as you can so that you are closer. But, most likely it is your upload speed. You can test your speed here: As we discussed before, your download speed of 4 Mbps (512 KBps) is sufficient, your upload speed is the limiting factor here. I have an upload speed of 1 Mbps (128 KBps) and I can play 5v5 just fine with both EU and AUS players (
I've tried Silence with a very aggressive Erebus player who is dependent on the blink -> bite -> batswarm trick to get a final kill next to a tower. It works pretty well (once), then they play more cautiously. Which is exactly what you want. Just like when people think you don't have pounce @ level 8 because you hvaen't used it yet then you hit them hard with it after they are overconfident they can eat potions in your face and they are like lolwtf? Tower rooks, I suppos
Personally, I think it should be the other way around. Get rid of Parthenon. I don't really like the arbitrary division of teams, and Skirmish allows truly random games. But, yes, I think one or the other needs to go, they just aren't popular enough.
Alright, everyone is probably going to shoot me down for being biased, as I frequently play with irek now. (Probably ~75% of games this last week). Yes, he does get angry occasionally, and he does get impatient, esp if someone makes a small mistake that costs a kill/death. Typically, he'll be like "don't do XXX again". If you do it again, he'll be quiet. Do it a third time, and, yes, he will yell. Making the same mistake three times is 'bad'. Eg, in the First-Game Oak that Podi was ta
Yes, Groffing is a great counter versus a Rook. Excellent HP + Armor and then basically 300 bonus hp every few seconds. 'Course, it's expensive and you're probably better off getting giants...
Just make sure you go to python.ORG not python.COM VERY different things. I made that mistake when I was a little kid .-. Anyway, though I do enjoy Python, it does worry me a little bit: Civ IV is quite a slow game, and it's coded a lot in Python. I'm worried we may see something similar here in Elemental. I mean, Python has gotten faster, just like instant-reaction time/speed isn't super-important in a TB-game. But, still...
I've been accused of this (ironically enough, while I was winning as well X_x). If SD is data-mining, all I hope is that they have a pretty high threshold for banning. I've had several Critical Error games (though none in a long time, which is good!), and one day I had 3 in a row... I think anyone who has played with me knows I'm a reputable person, and I'd rather have a few false-negatives (people who are desynching not being caught) then a few false-postiives (the innocent are banne
The UserName sysetem in general is sorta broke X_X I hope it gets fixed soon, though it's not a terribly high-priority feature. Still nice though, I'm bored of abuggeredhedgie and when I tried to change it a few days ago everything flipped out.
I don't think that was the horn issue: it was the drop-pickup item exploit: - I have no mana. - I drop Scaled Helm - I pickup Scaled Helm - I now have 550 Mana They made items no longer add the benefit when you equp them (surely you've noticed this at the shop by now?). Anyway, my guess is that Erebus' minions are spawned in a slightly different manner than Shamblers and such and so it uses slightly different code...
