But think of the way you delete something on Windows...goes to recycle bin, where you can go and restore it. Wouldn't that be doable on the web? Just asking, I know nothing of the workings of a website, I just know what I would like. I am for whatever works, just hate having to sort thru all the pages

Again, I think we are meaning we would like a way to clear the histories of our replies, at least from our list. Before I changed names, I had 10 or 12 pages...most of which I had no interest in ever visiting again. It is understood that we are not "subscribed" to the replies pages. It would be cool to be able to clear them, or to be able to choose to remove selected ones, like clearing sent PMs in the PM section.

Wizard 1956 asked me to let everyone know that his PC has bitten the dust. He woke it up from sleep mode, the cursor would not respond. He switched mice, nada. Started up in safe mode, still nothing. Shut down and restarted and now it won't boot at all. Unplugged it for 1 1/2 hours, still nada. Will not boot from any CD/DVD drives. Hard drive indicator flickers once or twice....nada. Firstly, It's sViz, and she is a her...lol. Here is a tutorial list from her. You should be able to right click and choose close. Are you sure it's a widget? Widgets and gadgets should give you a context menu in which you should have the option to recolor, close, etc.
