My problem may be a bit off topic, but here goes. Sometimes during a skin upload when I click on my Documents folder to find the Preview or the Skin to upload, IE8 informs me that it has closed the application due to what it perceives as a threat to my computer. The upload usually works ok on the 2nd or sometimes the 3rd attempt. It's probably an issue with IE8, but as it never used to happen with the old WC site, I thought I'd mention it. Aaaah the old WC site... [e digicons]:')[/e]

You may be right here Xiandi. I was working off an old (2008) post by Zoomba which limited Visitors to 25Mb and Citizens to 500Mb. Perhaps someone like ID might clarify this.

As I understand it you need to be a subscriber to have access to unlimited downloads. I think current customer status has a download cap. It used to be 500Mb; dont know what it is now, but you may have exceeded it.

Great idea having the contest open to all the galleries. This deserves a huge response. By the way, can a skin be entered as a wallpaper, a logon and a bootskin, or is a particular skin limited to one gallery only?

The dreaded "In Processing" is nothing new, it existed on the old site also. I found the solution was to delete the upload, twiddle my thumbs for a day or so, then re-upload. [e digicons]:)[/e]

Thanks ID esp for fixes 2 and 4. Also, I had the same problem as RND, whereby editing an upload's description to add a gallery link caused the skin to go back into moderation. When all these teething problems have been sorted this will be one cool site. [e digicons]:yes:[/e]

Placing the old gallery link in the description box in your skin upload now shows your old site gallery, but all uploads done since the site changeover have their previews disabled with the red cross boxes. I found that using the following link will allow people to bring up your gallery with all skins previews displayed. Use the link without the quote marks. "" https://www.wincustomize.com/explore
