just played the demo. Was pretty good in my opinion, didnt get a chance to play as a predator but the other 2 seem pretty balanced. Long wait for it to find me a game. Hopefully it has a server browser in the full game. Also the demo runs on DX9 so its kinda ugly but it says that the real game will run on DX11

Hmm interesting, I tried the demo on my ps3 and was quite underwhelmed. Perhaps the PC version offers some improvements?

Hahaha I never knew they re did Kings bounty! I played that On DoS when I was younger, and despite the massive technical limitations (all sounds came from the PCs Boot speaker, and by all sounds I mean beep beep beep) it was still very good. Ima have to look into this one. Thanks mate!

Hello all. I just finished building my first PC, and now that I can truly play games the way they were meant to be played, I need a headset for LFD2/TF2/KF etc. Now when I say headset, I want one wiht really nice speakers that I can play the games sound through too. Anybody got a set they'd recommend?

I just built myself a new PC, and I pulled the old wireless PCI adapter out and put it in the new one computer. It connects fine, but THe internet goes from working fine to gettting about a byte a second every 3 seconds. I bought a new Wireless adapter of the same kind (linksys Wireless G pci adapter) and that one couldnt even connect to the network. So I dont know whats happening. I plugged it into the modem and it worked perfectly so it must be the wireless adapters right? Thanks

Link! I was reading that article and in there it says that supcom2 will be fully Integrated with steam. I thought stardock and GPG were on good terms, why would GPG decide to not use impulse? I'm not saying that They should've only used that but come on, everybody hates it when you HAVE to use steam. Also it would seem they're "streamlining" the economy. I think I just got an idea for a mod.... </

Hello all, I'm slowly building my first computer, and it's nearing completion now. However, I just don't know what to get for a PSU. I don't need anything crazy just something that'll run the hardware I have reliably. The parts I have are..... MoBo RAM <a href="http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168

Sorry I couldn't understand you, you'll hafta take IW's big throbbing cock out of your mouth. Fanboy's aside, IW has really screwed the PC gamers over on this. Ill probably pick it up on my ps3 for the single player as the first one had an amazing Story mode, but Multiplayer

@Reaper- I would hate to hafta download every game I buy. It takes longer, its an inconvenience imo, I'd rather have a real game. And I dont want to have some distant gaming machine streaming the game to me from the other side of the world. THeres so many problems with that. @ZehDon- Well that's a good point there then haha. I'd love to see it happen though. I hope it becomes cheaper to make those. Probably wont ever be cheaper than discs tho :(

See, if you want people to do something with you, it helps to give them a link and/or description of what you're talking about. Why would I care enough to google if your first post is one sentence with a name in it?

I may hijack the thread here, but something occured to me while reading this. Part of the reasons the older cartridge based consoles work still is becasue they use the cartridges and not optical drives like everything these days. Now correct me if I'm wrong but aren't cartridges essentially little hard drives that plug into a system? And the reason they stopped using those was because discs had more space yes? Well nowadays You can get a flash drive that can have like....64 gigs of space, so
I find a lot of the newer games far too easy at lower levels, and the step up from easy to hard etc is nearly always unbalanced. What is needed is better AI, not an increase in difficulty by way of the AI cheating.
As I said before, Killzone 2 has actually managed to do this. In every difficulty level, the health and damage of you, your enemies, and your allies remains the same. What does change, is the tactics and accurac

While I agree games have certainly gotten easier over the years, I think You guys are missing a key point here. Alot of those older games are about 8 levels long, and if it wasnt extremely hard you'd finish the game in an hour. That or they were ports from an arcade version, and if theres one thing we know about arcade games, it's that they make them extremely difficult so they can eat all your quarters. That being said, You guys are also right in saying that they're easier so they're

You can load it onto a new system and activate without issue as long as you don't do it many times in a short period. I can't recall, but I believe it's a 6 month period before Microsoft 'resets' your activation allowance. (I'm probably not explaining this very well).i.e if you don't have to activate again for a
