Did you download it at gunpoint? Somebody had your sister kidnapped and wouldn't return her until you downloaded Demigod? Holy crap! NO. You were NOT 'forced'.
I did the same. I read all of the forums, watched the videos, and didn't have any experience with the company prior to Demigod. However, I still wasn't 100% convinced though. As a dota player, I only wanted to play this game if it really had the same addicting gameplay that DotA did, and there's no way to tell that for certain by a few videos and forum posts. So, when demigod leaked early I pirated a copy. I played that copy for one night and was totally sold. The

You're a jerk then. The only good pirate (including those who justify 'trying out a game before purchasing' by using torrents, not demos) is a pirate who has been hurtled into outer space on a missle bound for Saturn; with no space suit.
Xanrel(from ARS) Sometimes I get tired of defending the pirates, but this is the sort of hypocrisy that can't be left to stand. You are implicitly claiming that your work is "art" and thus so important to the public good that it is deserving of the social contract of copyright. To then, in the same breath, proclaim that it is just "entertainment" and that the public has no legitimate need for it, well, it's an inherent contradiction. Either there exists a moral need for and
Sales@stardock, here I come. I expect a refund as well.
If you don't get a refund and the game is just gonna sit there for the rest of your life, how about passing it along to someone who WILL play it. PM your email address and the serial number of the game to me and I'll play the game so you won't have to. That way your money won't be a complete waste.

To be honest it's not very good and for such a small game it has pretty shit graphics. I have played games that sacrifice graphics to make them huge I have played games that are very short but the graphics are amazing. This game is neither it is a multiplayer onl
If you live in the US where Stardock happens to have its servers, then it is easy.
Thanks for agreeing that Impulse is easy to use and access updates to software all in one place. The rest of your post shows that you are either trying to pirate the game or your Internet connection is crap. In either case your problem is not with Impulse or Stardock. Call your ISP for internet problems. If you're trying to pirate the game, I have no sympathy for you.

I LOVE the keyboard guide! One question though, I see that I have it registered under Impulse. If I ever lose my disc and have to reinstall it for some reason is it like Steam to where I can download it without paying twice?
I don't currently play Sins multiplayer but I play other online type games wireless on a laptop. Played WoW for 3 years, TF2, Left 4 Dead, Civ 4, others. All on the laptop through the wireless router in my house. Or sometimes even played at the library or Panera Bread wireless. Never experienced a drop in signal because of the router or laptop. Worst that would happen would be the ISP would be down for some rare reason.
