I don't think that the connection errors would go away on the Ex-Bawx since the game still would have been delevoped aroun P2P. Also, PC games tend to have a slightly more mature audience than 360. I hate playing games on XBox live because of all the immaturity.

This would be nice. It sucks playing as QoT and then having your teammate drop (especially with all the 2v2s on Skirmish lately). The AI doesn't understand shielding (and I'm sure auras, healing, flag caps, etc), and results in me having to shift my build in the middle of a game. I'm not sure the AI needs a total overhaul, but it's priorities are not always right. I don't know how many times I've dropped a player to very low health and watched as the AI teammate ran right by, ignoring the ene

I love when someone didn't think of a strategy themselves, so it is obviously OP. Oh, and Usling, this isn't dota. Flag locks are SO CHEAP that you should always have them along with teleport scrolls. If you can't manage to play and pay attention to your map, then its your own damn fault. There is almost no way to waltz into someones base and backdoor cap without prior warning that it would happen, unless they have already knocked down your towers in that area, in which case you suck and they

So Oak late game sitting in my base munching on 3 demigods, full wave of spawns (not giants) and taking little to no damage? Level 1 erebus will start killing early demigods and get poewrful very quickly having an advantage later on in the game. Even if you run, two things will happen.. the opposite team (erebus team) will take control of the maps or two - our team will feed the opposite team with kills making the game a total loss. [quote who="Annekynn" reply="24" id="2164680"] Quoting AngryZealot, reply 22Erebus has a distinct advantage at level 1 vs Regulus (or any other demigod really) because he can get 2 bites in. That's 600 extra damage and 600 extra health -- a 1200 damage gap that the other player has to close. Level 1 isn't a very fair comparison. Thats ENTIRELY the problem. At level 1 the Erebus through his or her early kills gets enough gold and levels to always have a leg up on their opponent

I even had the anklet of speed and boots of speed, i never EVER got away, no matter how much I slowed him down. [quote who="Crash486" reply="23" id="2159901"]So here's the deal with erebus (and oak to a lesser extent). Erebus is decent, but in order to for him to be godly (which he can be) he needs to be an extremely selfish player who only spends money on himself. There is an easy counter to that, and that is.. spend money on your army. Erebus doesn't really have good AoE (mist really doesn't do very much damage). If you're playing against a crazy erebus simply pour money into your army, and rely

To the OP: You actually kick people who decide to play either Oak or Erebus? Apparently you haven't worked out any counters yet, which actually aren't to difficult to come up with. Remember, this is a team game... consider using demigods in tandem. Also, IMO Erebus has one of the weakest early games of all demigods and can't really even begin to shine until he aquires teleport. Late game he is hard to kill depending on the build used, but silence is death to Erebus. WHA

I won it with Erebus (but not by much), but had to buy TONS of teleport scrolls to do so. I also lucked out on getting small maps a fair number of times. Key is to constantly jump all over the place to hold flags and kill the AI. Luckily, even the hard AI is pretty stupid and will chase you into towers. Also, check up on the citadel upgrades from time to time. The AI usually does a good job buying these, but sometimes makes stupid choices in what it does buy (skipping early +XP and +Tower Hea

You can't make judgements about the game times listed yet. In the rare event that a game is even recorded by the Pantheon statistics, it seems to show up as a short game regardless of time actually played.

Why are so many people complaining about this? If anything, hard should help you learn map control, and enough people have beat the tournament on hard that these complaints are not justified. It can and should be done, you just need to practice a little and realize that most of us who are beating it are the ones who participated in the beta. Learn some basic builds and how to spec out your demigod, then start to learn some finesse in map control and all of the sudden the tournament on hard is

I generally ignore Erebus' minions and don't invest many points into them, so I'm not very aware of their actions. However, the few times I have used the minion build, I have noticed that they often times switch targets before killing the intended target. Guess I'll just have to live with the few pathing issues and hit-box/proximity problems for a while longer. I just assumed enough people had complained about these in the beta that it would have been fixed by now. I must say though, balance

Using bite cancels all attack orders. It is kind of a pain when you are going toe-to-toe with a spirits Oak and can't really tell if VL is still attacking the desired target (Oak) after a bite. Only seems to be a problem when numerous other targets are near, as would make sense. Are any of the other Demigods still showing this behavior? I've noticed this same issue to some degree when using the bat teleport, but some of that could be bad aim when I don't end up near the intended target. I als
