They are not giving people copyrighted materials. Whereas the intent may matter with regard to an action taken, there has to be a criminal act somewhere for there to even be a crime.

"I've never played a game so balanced on release," No joke. I suck as sedna though. I have lots of dota xp and most every game I kick ass... but with her it's like getting killed by a t1 tower at level 3 in dota. I really suck that bad.

It's because I own face so hard with him. :) Nah, I've only played 5-6 pantheon games probably. I see no difference after the patch really. Except that now I don't even see the kick player option which is odd considering the other posts in this thread.

And that judge definitely had some serious conflicts of interest if you care to google about it. You don't really want any precedent set about it, whether you think you do or not. People getting whipped into a fervor over the evil will only harm legitimate people (traffic shaping, port blocking, etc.). As someone else said, the pirates will always be one step ahead anyway. Modding 3d maps isn't that rough. Counterstrike, Quake, and plenty of others use 3d maps. One thing I would like to see a map do is some elevation changes.... Dunno if that is possible with the engine though. I didn't follow DG much till it actually came out.

Another problem with pirating-as-a-demo is that if you've never played the legitimate game, how do you know your pirated copy is even the same game? What if something has been changed either intentionally or unintentionally that makes it different? Also, do you have no worries about installing trojans? You do realize that just because the game 'works' doesn't mean you haven't contracted the PC equivalent of syphilis...?

Favor items do add a little depth, but I think the grind for them is crap. Particularly what sounds like a 'resetting' grind for them. Sure, people with experience would win anyway, so.... let's give them even more of an edge? WTF? Keep the items, but kill the stupid time sink currency system to 'buy' them.

If it's an nvidia go card (the laptop version) whatever they use to do those effects may just not be supported on it. I assume you've already tried updating drivers?

Hmm, well I see it is a bug. I had played only single player and a game or two over Hamachi. Then I went online and immediately noticed I had no favor at all, starting at square 1. I played online and offline and it seemed to be working for both. I got my way up to buying the favor item I wanted playing offline and Hamachi lan. But tonight I get back into pantheon after not having tried it in awhile and I notice I only have one of two favor items I bought (the last one) and -1K+ favor.</
