Can only Object Desktop users download Window Blinds 10?

the free version wont open, I get the user account control window asking if stardoc can make changes but without a yes or no option. can anyone advise. I'm an Wincustomize subscriber but not an OD subscriber. i cant revert to start8 either.. [e digicons]:annoyed:[/e]

icon packager works, cursor fx works, deskscapes work. ..Just saying, so's ya know...

Yup. The a little weird, but my WB seem to be working. I just d/l'ed a fresh blind, it auto installed via "edge". and I was able to use it right away..gonna check windows fx next.

I am just an ordinary joe here. But just for fun, I downloaded win 10. Liking some of the features. I do not have a mike for Cortana, but I'll be sure to get one. I put it on an older desk top using a smaller screen. (Missing the big one). I had no issues with the install, I pretty much wiped every thing off the hard drive. So, I'll see. so far so good, to be continued. :) ok.. I d/l curser plus, no problems. I d/l window blinds beta. all works well with this ex
