How does 0 + 8 = 7?
The overall score algorithm isn't a straight up average. It prefers players with more games so your overall score is being reduced slightly for having played only 2 ganes.
I wasn't as clear as I

I've had the chance to discuss the Metaverse with some of you in past months. GalCiv3 v1.5 is the first release of our overhauled design that will be shared between several of our upcoming games. I'd appreciate any feedback (good or bad!) about the navigation, ease of finding information, what additional information you'd like to see, and anything else I'm forgetting! The Metaverse webpage will also be gett
Then it wouldn't launch and crashed steam. I restarted steam and the game will not launch until such time as it crashes steam.
Consider having Steam validate files for GalCiv3 as well. With Steam crashing it may have left the game in a bad state. -Adrian

My name is Adrian. I'm the lead for Stardock's Metaverse team. For those that don't know: Metaverse is our term for ranking, stats, and leaderboard info for our games (single and multiplayer). I was a very early fan of Paul Reiche III having played Mail Order Monsters on my Commodore 64 as a kid. <

If you want to complain to someone about the insecurity of UPnP, maybe you should complain to Valve and ask them to implement UDP traversal. Then Ashes would support it. Here's some specifics from Valve on what ports are required for Steam's networking to function: Link I'm security minded as well so I sympathize with what you're trying to accomplish. Unfortunately UPnP is the standard almost every game expects to have available. One solution would be to get a second IP from your ISP and put a separate "low security" router in place where you enabl

Thanks for the heads up. As far as missing data goes: there have been builds - including the current release - which haven't been reporting data to the backend servers correctly. Consequently some games have not been recorded. The next build fixes reporting. Note that you can view the same information in-game by clicking on your name in the top right of the Ashes main menu. The next build of Ashes improves the in-game profiles. The website will also be updated with these impr
