It depends on how stupid the other person in the lane is. For example, I can push UB out of a lane if I am Level 11 because between mark, mines, and kiting he can't melee and spit doesn't do damage fast enough. Now if someone supports him at all even a snipe or fake tele then I am screwed, royally so.
