I think modding still beats out clans. As soon as you make modding available you have two groups creting more content, gpg/stardock and the modders. I really think that is the way to go.
ToxDrawace
Yeah... any devs wanna comment? *nudge nudge*
Nice idea, but I don't know if I like the fact that once you get a high enough war rank you automatically get Giants. I feel that having to upgrade to Giants is part of the game.
Putting in 2 new assassins will only skew it more to assassins. I think it'd generally be a good idea to keep an even number of assassins and generals. [e digicons];)[/e]

dito ! 1 assasin and 1 general would be better !
agreed
Quoting Paradoxnt, reply 16 If there were a vote involved, I'd vote for a Hex grid. However, I can live with squares. That about sums it up for me as well. Sammual
I agree with Sammual's agreeance
Well this wouldn't help the shambler mulching, but I aways thought it would be cool if you could cast stuff on your portrait, that way you didn't have to go look for yourself in the midst of battle, but double clicking works too. I think it would be cool if there were small portraits of everyone on your tesm too, that way you can cast on other portraits.
Awesome, awesome... oh, and more awesome! just like usual Frogboy
At first I thought it was silly, everyone asking for coupons, but I have a friend who wants to get it, so if there are any extras out there I'd appreciate it! Just PM me, and thanks!
I think I like #1 the most, but #3 is probably the best for everyone. I'm not really a fan of #2 though...
I have to Agree here... This game was written the way it is to allow a special zoom feature. if you're under a bridge, how is the game supposed to zoom you in correctly?
if you hold spacebar you can rotate the map as well as go down to the demigod's levels and look as if you are on the path. isn't the ideal camera angle, but it works.
Hey Brad, you're amazing at communicating with your customers. Just thought you should know Thanks for another great update!
Thought I'd renew this since it hasn't been replied to since beta
It's really a cool idea. Just wondering if there was a specific reason you didn't have creeps going down both lanes. For the first map, giving the top lane to blue just gives them the advantage since they have more sight like you said. I think creeps should puch in both lanes evenly. Otherwise, besides the possible coding restrictions, it sounds awesome. EDIT:
The biggest problem gameplay wise would be, there is n
I find it annoying because I see my health going down and now I can't get to the crystal quickly enough to survive, but that's my fault for not having a portable way of healing or not keeping my health up enough. I don't think it's over powered, just annoying.
yeah, I agree with Kisan. but the idea of rewarding the stayers instead of punishing the leavers is an idea that shouldn't be disregarded. Kind of like Stardock's DRM stance. Reward the customers instead of punish the pirates. sort of?
I can't get enough of all this behind the scenes stuff. It's really cool to hear what's going on and just plain knowing what is going on. Great job and thanks! And here's to Demigod's past, present and future sales! Also, GREAT idea adding those FAQs!
I need this. Perhaps also implement an option so the random choice only selects from certain 'allowed' Demigods? For example, I'm decent with everyone except Erebus and Regelus, and I have no interest in playing them at all. So I could go to some options menu and prevent Ere/Reg from getting selected from the random generator. Edit: Someone already mentioned this.
regardless, I think it was worth being restated
I believe AI will readily pick up any dropped items, so be aware of AI ninjas!
Demo ist very important for stable mp 24/7. Think of WoW. Good demo. Stable Demo-Servers. But it wasn't limited content-like. It was limited in time. And that is much more better. As a publisher you say: we have a big product which will be big. We will give content regulary and we know you urge for that. Try for a limited time our product on stable servers. I know, there is a point that WoW does cost a monthly fee. That point does explain the time l

If that still doesn't satisfy you....then too bad really. It seems crazy that you really can't think of ANYONE though. No siblings/mates from school/cool dude you play wow with, etc who
This genre is finally taking off and other games are coming out besides Demigod so quitcher bitching. Do you have any evidence for this statement or are you just making things up? What genre is taking off? you mean the genre that both Demigod and DOTA belong in? DOTA has had millions of players across the globe. You can generally login to games that run smoothly within a few minutes of trying. I have N
quoting post In this mode itll just be about survival with the exception of buying limited potions per wave or being rewarded potions at the end of a wave, the rest is up to your skill.
