Philly is right, use the AV that works for you ;) Personally, I use Avast! right now, but sometimes while downloading updates it does seem to slow down and I'm unable to keep any other resource-hungry app opened. I'll take a look at the free version of AVG, seeing it's been recommended to me many times :d
