Pic did not post hmm...
Did a search and did not see this post. When Lowering Terrain spell is used on a tile the objects on that tile did not drop elevation. Its hard to make out below but they fruit trees are hovering at their original hight after lower land was used. (Yes I skipped to the next turn to see if it dropped.) Thanks, <img src="file:///C:/DOCU
Sometimes I want to hug you guys for being so darn great/responsive/cuddly and just plain nifty with Customer Support. Found them all this morning after reading your post. Thanks again.
Howdy, I'm getting the hang of it just seem to be missing a couple things here and wanted to know if these items were in the game. The option to have the game ask me to end my turn before continuing to the next turn? I keep moving units and then go to my city to build and realize 3 turns have passed. Is there an option to have the game not auto turn a
My first thought was how is he hitting with an arrow threw all the trees. Arrows from distance is cool, I don't think its over powered if... its broken into 2 shots types. 1) Arch it over objects with less accuracy 2) direct LOS with more accuracy. My 2 cents.
HA! I have done that twice. Buy one day and the game is on sale the very next day. I even bougt a game in the morning and it was on sale in the afternoon. It's just bad luck my friend. Think of it as buying gas and then driving by a cheaper gas staion up the bock after you filled up. Sucks.
MOO I is freeware. MOO 2 used to be freeware also but is now sold by Atari, heres the deal its a one install limit. Seeing that I bought the game like 5 times in my life from age 16-21 and then finding out its a one install limit drove me up a wall. Do a little Internet research and you will find MOO 2 is still for free. Honestly though... That is one game I never stopped loving. When I heard the rave about Galactic Civ. I went ahead and bought it. I was sadly disappointed b
Hi, After reading that the empire will have units instead of buildings the first thing that popped in my mind is unit upkeep. How will the difference between city (building upkeep) vs. Unit up keep differ? Will these city units be categorized in differently than army units. Will the general building upkeep for Kingdom mechanic be the same but just renamed for Empire? Thanks,
"But for those of you who, like me, miss the “old days” of Ultima IV and such when games came with big maps, cloth maps and other goodies, here you go." I miss the good old days also. Like when every game came with a cloth map a full instruction book not in a limited edition , it also cost $29.98!
Dungen Master - Better Results From Goodie Plots. (Cost 10) Faithless - Charm Spell Duration Reduced 50%. (Cost -10) Pyromancer - Unlock Spell Inferno, Ignite an enemy unit in combat or All Units get +1 Fire Damage. (Cost 10, Must have a 75% Fire Magic spec to unlock) Can apply the above idea to all schools of Magic.<
"That being said, I am perfectly happy with Elemental being square tiles." I totaly agree squares will do fine.
EDIT: That's a pretty looking game... what game is that?
Civ 5 Screen Shots
I'm kind'a bummed Elemental looks as if it will be using Squares other than Hexes. I know its following after Civ and MOM. Cid finaly got it right: As you can see Hexes rounds everything out and create a smother and less block like world. Of corse this is a IMO thing. <img src="http://cache.gawkerassets.com/assets/images/9/20
Tacitcal battles (thats what made the game so great!) Random Maps as said above Building buildings that produced better units and they replaced the older building in the city screen. Taking over citys that had a different race, allowing you to specialize a city. Floating island spell. Goodie Plots (caves, towers etc...) Ability to create your own ruler with a mix of magic circles. As said abov
This non-Fallen (natural creature of Elemental) appears only in swamp areas. Incidentally, it has not been named yet so feel free to suggest names.
Swamplodocus ( Swamp-low-dock-us ) or Sailbackodon ( Sail-Back-O-Don ) They are so random but they popped in my head.
any % for a charm to work is ok, the only issue is that on single player I would just save before I cast and then restart until it would work. Then I would have a power house and stomp what I could. I like the idea of a brake effect if you are low lvl and the creature is high lvl. This way if I saved and restarted and eventually charmed the creature, it would only last like 1-2 turns, then I would have to go through the same hassle again when it broke. That would make
I thought the “The Dumbest Smart Person” was "Not Sure"
So make it better, faster, and stronger. Paint it a different color, call it something else and repackage it. Its the american way.
"Bad New Darth....... They got...... *gulp* Chuck" "I'll get more help... be right back" <img src="http://blog.pcnews.ro/wp-content/ph
Thats right I went there.
Thank you all for the late work lauphter. Its like a bad AOL chat room from the early 90's
I go along with the mountain peaks if they have a value other than a natual block. I dont like peaks becasue it removed a tile from a game. Normaly its a dead square, hex, etc... no production or value. I rather have an army fortify a square than a dead tile.
Hi, Really looking forward to the game! I'm not sure if this has been mentioned. I understand there are 2 main factions. I also read that we would not be craking out armys of unicorns. Other than the fact that if i was under sige from a unicorn army i would laugh my self to death, what if there was a unicorn Forest where you could capture then crank them out as a % of you army. Meaning if there was a Dirt mound were a small army of Lizard men were
