Minor Factions in WOM Mods Elemental Forums

Has anyone been able to mod the minor factions so they show up in game. I only ever get Illyan faction to show up but there are a lot of minor faction in the listing. I would like to be able to activate them all or at least mod and put in new ones to help flesh out the game. Thanks for your replies.
