Creating a blind with GIMP in WindowBlinds WinCustomize Forums

Hey all! I'm trying my hand at a WB, but have run into a problem. I'm following SKOriginals "A Complete Guide to the Start Panel", which is fantastic, but I don't know how to create an alpha channel in GIMP. I also can't get the .tga files I do create to open in SkinStudio. Any suggestions??

Nice balloons, 2of3! sAARGe, I think it would look more cheerful with a lighter color instead of the gray. All in all, though, it looks great!

I have no clue how to do this (sorry), but, because I'm curious, you want icons that are skip and previous buttons that work only when iTunes (or another media player) is maximized (open)? That would be really cool. If you have the time, I suggest finding one of the authors of the media player docklets and sending them a PM. Or just wait here, in the forums, till someone with much more knowledge shows up and works their magic ;) .
