I'm sure if people didn't want their maps floating in space or whatever GPG could easily include prebuilt "bases" for the paths to sit on. If that was the case then an option to import your own base shouldn't be to hard to implement.

I think that a map editor would do this game a world of good. With all the bad press that it has got it needs everything that it can get to make people want to reconsider. There is a small amount of demigods, at least at the moment, and also a limited amount of maps. Also I love playing around on a map editor and I really dislike it when games (especially multiplayer ones) don't have them. They add an extra layer to the community and also expand the game without the com
I agree with having towers at the spawn points. I also agree with making the map more symmetric.
I get the Mistarget Bug alot, especialy when a demigod flees. I will be auto attacking them then as soon as they move outside my attack range I will start attacking the closest creep. Even after I re-target the fleeing opponent my demigod will turn towards them then just go back to attacking the closest creep. I have a feeling this is the same problem that minions suffer from, they will attack a creep that damages them instead of following out whatever orders you have sent the
I think creeps just need to do what you tell them. If they worked in the same way units do in a regular RTS that would fix most of their problems.
I know Demigod has had a lot of different connection issues and that most of them have been fixed but I was wandering if the distance between players has any effect on your ping. I live down in New Zealand and I am really keen to buy Demigod but I don't want to spend $60 just to find I'm being kicked from every game I join because of high ping.
I definitely wont not buy games from them.

They are doing their best to try and fix the problems, as that is one of the biggest problems stopping people from buying the game, and they wi
The 3 main things that were stopping me from buying the game were these: 1) Connection problems: These are being/have been fixed. 2) Limited maps/demigods. 3) No form of map editor (which would partly fix the first problem).
