ianal the discount was given at purchase. the discount was only applicable to students a student purchased the software. it is ligit software, with water-marked (i presume) media and a valid serial number that has been purchased ligitmately. it is only going to be installed on any one PC at a time. i don't see any issue with you installing it. microsoft got a sale they may not have got (so the discount was justified). and as far as i recall thou

well as i understand it we're waiting on the patch from GPG. if a mod(s) is popular then i believe SD would be able to distribute them via impulse so that they become part of the game proper. not sure what your experience with SD is (i.e. how many of there games you own) but i find that there pretty good with this kind of stuff. GPG has been the the main source of delay. please correct me if i'm wrong.

am i the only one waiting for modding to be implemented for this to be sorted. SD and Frogboy in perticualr have said on a number of occasions that if mods become popular (and judging by this thread, ones that balance the game will) that they will include them in furture patches. or am i overstating the power of modding???
