I am not sure whether it is included or not but this can be achieved by another way too. Just edit the iconpackage you are using and select any blank icon file(which you can get in shell32.dll file too) for the shortcut overlay.

I hibernate it very often. Sometimes I use standby. Restart it and then hibernate when the speed goes really slow or some software installation requires it.

Its just the matter of time. Spend sometime overhere and you will improve in skinning, get noticed and get better rating. It looks you have got some misconceptions about the community. I also felt underrated at the beggining but now I know that I was overrated. The basic things are just to have patience, learn from community, go in harmony with it, help others and feel that its your own community. You have made some nice widgets and I hope to see you improved with time and make some awesome
