came across some guy tonite (mordicain, nice fellow) twice who totally handed my ass to me with regulas using what he calls a pressure build. he doesnt use any skills, just auto shot...and somehow ends up at lvl 8 autoshotting for 4-600 dmg and critting for 1600. Outlevels everyone in the game, rarely dies...does anyone know the counter? he was untouchable, and i played as erubas and UB. had massive regen as well from something.
its def listing some of my game drops (for example, when i come in and its two of us vs one human, i leave because im not playing for a steamroll i want some human opponents that have a chance) as losses then, i know i didnt lose 9 times.
hey sacrifice, how do you check your wins and losses though, isnt it updated on the webby only once per day?
im wondering how many of my losses are me leaving agame because its against AI. And how many points im losing because teh opposing team drops, tehn I drop becaues i dont feel like a comp stomp.
so when, im fighting a human and an AI, and halfway thru the human drops...should i finish the match? do i get exp?

im not sure i mean favor...when i go to see the tournament ranking, im talking about the "exp" there. is that merely favor?
or am i juts getting unlucky? used one dg, kept getting paired with my twin, switched and the same thing

i think it would be neat if while i was alt tabbed out, surfing the net, a ping or something would let me know when a game was found.
Hey guys, what causes erubus to spawn his minions, do i actually have to kill a creep with my auto attack and/or special ability? do my minion kills do it for me? how about my mist?
i play on large maps, so this may not work on smaller. I rush build my first factory, set taxes to 100% approval, production to 100%, and my military slider for best colony ship production. im constantly fiddling with the sliders to not waste production. The astro miners extra production ends up letting me bust out a ship every 4-5 turns, with the balance coming from my new colonies. This allows me around 11 planets before....war. great replies everyone. Constructors - is it really a viable strat? I would think building ships instead of the constructors would be more beneficial. How often do you guys do this? Is this one of our important tools that I havent been using?

Hey all, Was just responding to another post, and realized Ive never really understood culture. I just know when i start rolling over the galaxy, aliens start wanting to be like me and stuff. How do you use those culture centers? Is the idea to be able to go all culture buildings in leue of econ and get your income that way? Do you only build them on border worlds? why or why not? i didnt realize everyone uses CEC so much. ive NEVER once built one...and ive never had a problem with spies either. If you just keep a few percent of your income going towards espionage, you should be fine, or at least thats been my experience. Every race is different, so it really depends on your build. however for a vanilla race, i have three different types of planets. production (all industry and a power plant), research (all tech and a coordination center), and
ya i use the transport rush in every game i start. the only downfall is if you nab a few minors you get hella diplo hits....but now im using a custom race with the diplo super ability and +30 diplo...it is simply insane how the whole board looks at me "close" even though im murdering everyone in their sleep. gotta love diplomacy
