Oh blah, the amount of power this thing will produce will alone keep its financial fisability for years to come. Not to mention the fact that this will control flooding and open up the river for upstream travel, which will create a path way to inland industrial centers cutting down large amounts of travel and transportation costs. I agree with multi, play a few more games with more high level playes (points up), and you will actually start to see strategies. There are tons of them, I mean even chosing your first cap is a huge decision. One thing to always keep in mind is to keep running intel on your enemy.

Yea, it happens. THey don't dissapear, their icons do. And if you are playing with a fairly dark skybox then you could search for them forever and almost never find them. Well, i've managed to find my caps but that happens rarely.
