Protestants don't have priests. You should have talked with her too. I don't believe the rest of the story either.
Oh, I did. Though her work was seldomly a topic when we talked. Since priest is the english translation for the german word "Priester" and/or "Pfarrer" she WAS or IS for that matter a "priest". Period. And I don't give a flying fart about whether you believe the story or not. Some memb

Then be happy that you didn't develop any deeper feelings for her. A girl with such a limited mindset is a waste of time and effort. On the other hand, when I was much younger, I had a sadly short relationship with a female protestant priest. She didn't care about me being an atheist at all, and never tried to baptise me. When we started to get intimate I said:"Wait a sec, don't people like you just have sex for procreation?" And she asked me in which century I'd be living.

Very good. Thanks for the heads up. What Derek said about Starforce might be true concerning new versions. The one used on i.e. Etherlords2 however is really just a basic disk check afaik. Anyways, I'm really glad about these announcements and therefore will buy DA:O and ME2. The rest of my posts was just a halfhearted attempt at humorous conspiracy theory. [e digicons][/e]

Well, Chris' post on the DA board stated that the CD/DVD won't contain no other form of copy protection/DRM than disc check. I'm wondering though how things turn out when it comes to updates/patches/downloadable content ...
Its silly because most DRM has long since ceased to be anything that fits the technical definition of "malware". DRM has a horrible reputation that WAS well deserved. Nowadays things have changed somewhat.
*ROFLMAO* Yeah, that's why so m any people wrote in different forums that SecuSuck killed their DVD drives, would crash the game if you have certain software running and all that. Wake up to reality. And on-topic: If that proves to be correct DA

@Leauki: This kind of approach to "God", religion, history n stuff that you have is the way I would very much like ALL people to have. Because I could not more wholeheartedly agree to this statement:
I have a problem with ... people telling me what my beliefs are, have to be, or that I have to accept their Messiah as mine. ... I can live with the fact that there are Hindus, Muslims, and Christians out there without worrying about them being "wrong".
Leauki, the big problem with lula (and many other religious people btw.) is that she states her beliefs as fact. i.e."Jesus died at the cross." Or "Judaism is like this and that." when it should read:"I believe that ..." Granted, I don't always write i.e.:"IIRC String theory goes like this." instead of "String theory goes like this." but when someone who obviously has more knowledge of the facts, I accept that and review the facts to asses whether or not my initial statement w
To your first sentence: Just because something is true one way DOES NOT MEAN the inverse has to be true (it is a logical fallacy).
The first sentence isn't mine. It's me quoting lula. So not I committed this logical fallacy - lula did. And as for nitpicking concerning kill and murder: It's both technically speaking taking another person's life. And afaik the bible says that it's only up to "God" himself to take a life. And

First off: Moostetek and others who asked where the bible said that "God" didn't create any other life or such. Doesn't the bible explicitely state that "God" created man to be the epitome of creation? Well, if we were to meet aliens who are more advanced than we are I guess that assertion would be proven wrong, wouldn't it? Secondly: The problem of our search for extraterrestial life is that with our limited fantasy we can not grasp that other lifeforms could exist in

Well, let'ts hope that we meet some advanced alien race sometime soon. This would instantaniously disprove the assertion that man is the epitome of "God"'s creation. Furthermore it would disprove his own almightyness. Because if "God" created man according to his picture and to be the epitome of creation as is written, and suddenly a more advanced race shows up, which obviously would NOT have been created by him, there must be someone-/thing that created THIS race. And to do so this s

Indeed Seven was the best of the whole show. But my guess is that this is exactly why they brought her in. They were afraid that otherwise the show would be cancelled due to dropping rates prematurely.

As long as they ship without DDRM: 1. Dragon Age 2. Mass Effect 2 3. Dunno otherwise 1. GalCiv 2 2. Warlords 3 3. Wizardry 8 This is of course assuming that Elemental won't make it to the final release in '09.

Well, I guess if you ask 10 people about whether DS9 was good or crap you'll get 20 different opinions. I for one would say: Up until the end of the 3rd season it was the cream of the crap. Merely a soap opera in space. Later on it was still crappy enough at times, but overall it was improving a lot. With Brooks behaving more the way he was as Hawke in Spenser for hire. The last ep however was simply awful. Voyager is a completely different story though. Utter crap fro
