The forum REQUIRES registry - its needed to keep spammers from joining. We let the requirement go away for a day, and we had 3 spammers join (sex sites), and we aren't interested in having that, so yep, basically requires you to register to the forum to download it.

Wow - Same here, I loved those games, and agree I like Fallout 2 even more than Fallout 1, I'm really happy to read that Fallout 3 while being "First-Person" is suppose to carry a view available very similiar to the original two, though I'm going to try out the First-Person as well. I've been waiting for more Fallout, because after the First-Two, the "spin off" games that followed kind of blew chunks in my opinion.

JubJub - Terraner is no longer with this mod, but he has started up I-Mod a community for Modders - and I do remember that weapon, he had it working up to the point that when you were in a full combat and the ship had it, it looked like the borg laser/scanner and you heard "We are the Borg Resistance is Futile" or something of that nature, pretty cool.
