Way, way, way too powerful. They'd end up dominating the game as world objects far more than even Elemental Shards do currently, which would just be crazy.

I know it's a beta, but unless you over bitch about things that are wrong with the game, nothing will be done about it. [/quote]How about you go fuck yourself, Xia? How about that? There's a difference between stating "This and this and this isn't working" or "That and that can be improved", compared to going "OMFG y I CRASH ON 1.09n ITS INSANE its liek beta its supposed to be stable lol
It's a beta. It's officially whine-proof. Seriously, I can't even go to the boards anymore without some reject whining about how the beta build is unstable. What the hell is wrong with people? :(
I like how League of Legends somewhat deals with this, by tagging 'leavers' in relation to their wins. If you leave a game for any reason before it ends, you didn't lose the game, but you get a 'mark' that is far worse than a lost game.' Recently, they even banned those that had a Win/Leave ratio over 0.45. So everyone who had less than 55% wins in relation to their leaves simply got banned. That's just awesome. Constantly teleporting caravans just isn't feasible. Teleporting a single caravan each turn would equate to an upkeep of 16 mana/turn. That's a massive mana investment.

Don't joke about that. There actually IS a "File Downloaded is Larger Than Expected"-error, afaik. :D

Ah. Thanks a lot. That's right; I do have Pre-release versions showing up. I'll try this a little bit later and check back. :) Edit: Worked as a charm. Thanks. :D
I can swear that I have seen this issue in a thread before, but I can't for the life of me find anything on the subject. When trying to install Elemental, I keep getting aforementioned message after some time downloading. This makes me a sad panda. What do?

Stop producing for 32bit. Until 32bit applications stop being mainstream, you'll always have people like my father, that still lament the death of Windows 3.1 and program his PLCs in DOS. If you want it done, you'll have to force people.
About races/species; I love that Elemental only have human races, of varying degrees of degeneration. Not a multitude of elves, fairies, dorfs and whatnots out of absolutely nowhere. But I do agree that increased racial variety would be a welcome addition to the game. I fully support this motion.
Aww. I was just thinking that I could go for some flute. :p
Bear Lord; Summons bears when fighting in forests. :D
No. I don't remember those days. Suggesting that games used to be buggier or just-as-bugged-but-no-one-complained is poppycock.
I just want to chime in and underline that studies have shown that a staggering 80% of all online communication is misunderstood . Given how painfully limited most people's perception of the world is and how uneducated they are on a wide variety of subjects, it is only natural that they will fill whatever they perceive as a void with their own interpretations. I think it should be fixed too. It clearly doesn't have enough bear. :)
I'm not sure what you mean by "no gameplay", since you yourself suggests Flight, different playstyles for different AI sovereigns, and settings on things such as teleport - any or all of which would no doubt influence overall gameplay quite a lot. But anyway; Bears .
