In the game options, where it shows Mods, select default first. That should show any mods that you have placed into your DA mod folder. Or if you only have DL, in the DL mod folder.

The mod is planning to change the stations. However, because all races use the same model, the stations will be federation style. They did opt to have a fed base as an eco, Klingon as Millitary, and Romulan as Influence. They felt then that it would be best to have one thematic style for all bases. Hi all, got curious thanks to the questions of a poster here on the forums about changing Asteroid and Wormhole textures. So I played around and made some variations. The download is in the library now and has a few different options for Asteroids and wormholes in different colours. It's nothing game changing, but thought some of you guys might like a change. I personally find that slightly lighter coloured Asteroids look better. Anywho, hope some of you will like it.
Pmutzu, here are a few images of altered wormhole and asteroids... you got me thinking, so i give it a go. Most if not all my planet textures are from Celestia, especially terraformed Mars, with a suitably altered PQ level As far as I know, the textures have to be in PNG, and i'm not sure you can use the bump and specular maps from Celestia... though I have been thinking on experimenting..... I guess, you could change what texture the asteroids use, i've not thought about that before, so good poi

I assume you are talking about the Startrek mod, so yes it is in there, I believe you get it at around Federation Superior hulls tech. If you're not talking about the mod, then No you can't get it, unless of course you download the Galtrek mod and move the 1701-A into your Vanilla games. Sorry to hear that there won't be a quick release, but the more time you take to perfect what you've got the happier we will be ( though we'd be happy to have a release anyway ). Now the idea of Homeworld ships being ported in, that is deffintaly something to get excited about, and I hope to see some pictures of your progress.
That may not be usable yet, but it looks really good.. can't wait for a release.
