"everything cant be blue and black.." I definitely agree with this. And, I would like to see more violet themes (rgb 128, 0, 255; or maybe that's indigo). Of course, the terrific thing about WB is that they are easily recolored.

I get a windows message that it stopped working. Since it's an exe, I think windows treats it as a program (which it is). Windows tries to figure out how to solve it but can't so it closes.

sViz: Thanks for the prompt reply. I tried what you said but it didn't work. I've also pm'd Richard to see if he knows how to solve this. I'd really hate to lose this gadget because it's one of the best. His green version is great too and it doesn't work either. Yet they were both working a month or so ago when I last used them.

The CF65 desktop gadget has always been one of my faves. I just tried to apply it and it won't work. I then tried to re-download it but still the same problem. Anyone know of a fix?

Zubaz: I had no issues whatsoever. I don't know if it was because I ran as admin from the start. I just know it's working great! I also like the fact that we can adjust the speed of the animations. And I love the start menu animations too. You guys really did a good job developing this.

I have Win7 Home Premium and just installed the beta using "run as admin" and it works fine. In fact, this is one of the best stardock apps. I've set it to random animations and it's really cool to see the different effects it generates.

I guess I've stumped the tech support people. Maybe someone from tech support could look at my computer via team viewer and try to resolve this. I've checked the aero default theme's folder and it seems right. Is there a way to delete that and reinstall it? Maybe it's the cause of this problem.

I use theme resource changer (TRC) for 3rd party themes which change the start orb, explorerframe.dll, and shell32.dll. I could try uninstalling that and see if that's the problem. However, I was using it before this happened and wb didn't give me those problems. Also, any wb i apply which has a different start orb applies its own start orb and not the default so TRC doesn't seem to affect that. In addition, TRC doesn't change the actual dll file.

Recently when I apply any wb, the nav buttons don't look like they are supposed to. They look like the default buttons in windows aero (windows 7 default). Here is an example with beuh: http://img220.imageshack.us/img220/8830/beuh.png Notice that the buttons/arrows in the upper left are like the default instead of like the preview for this wb. Any solution?

Thanks for your reply RD. I have determined that the only way to do it is to extract the imageres.dll, etc icons from the 7tsp installed pack and then go through the laborious process of using the package builder. After that, I have to save the new folder with the new ip as a rar file because I'd have to restore the system to the time before 7tsp. I will pm xiandi or skope to see if they know how. Thanks again.

Using the ip package builder takes a lot of time. Does anyone know how to convert non-ip icon packs to iconpackager packs? I installed one through 7tsp which changes the imageres.dll and some other .dll files. Then when I opened the iconpackager program, the windows default pack was now the 7tsp pack. So, I thought I could simply rename it and it would then be a whole new ip. I did so but it didn't work. I'm not sure but I guess the ip program won&#
