I think the race should surrender to the races that closely related to it. I also think there should be a protectorate avenue to go, so a race might not have to be completely obliterated and could possibly come back. Just my two cents. Peace

Here is my nomenclature system: First letter for Race: T for Terrans Next letter Size of Hull: M for medium Next Letter Type of Weaponry Example: T MBeam, would mean terran med beam ship. Simple and easy. I just keep ugrading the same ones as I get signficant weps and tech upgrades.

I disagree. In the real world you are constantly wheeling and dealing. Also If I were playing against you are you were headed downt the diplomacy tree, you would be the first one I would hit. Hasta La Vista Baby!

It seems that the Civ would surrender to the civ closely related to it through culture, or actually negotiated a sovereign planet under the protection of a civ, whilst paying tribute.

Seems to me that the synthetic race(Yor) could live on any planet. The don't breathe. So having a higher quality planet for them would be a waste. The opposite would be true for the Torians. My two cents. Time to bounce.

I am experienced aslo, but with an added caveat............some times when I buid a ship or buy one because I am getting ready to get jumped by some alien invidels...........the ship stays in the star not finished with "0" weeks left. Kind of screws you when the stupid dregs are trying give it to you. Whats up?

I agree the cool random events were definitely cooler before the patch. That ultimate power thing freaks me out. Has anyone not dealt with the race that has it and got vaporized?
