Read the documentation (you might have to download it though cause I think it's possible to download SysMetrix w/o it, which you might've done). Anyway, everything I learned about creating themes for SysMetrix I learned from that documentation. It's not very long and it covers most everything you need to know (though some previous graphics related knowledge will save you a bit of time) about making skins.

Doh! So is it possible to customize ObjectBar so it looks/behaves like ObjectDock, or maybe recreate ObjectDock using widgets? I've been reading up on these and still not sure about this one. Is ObjectBar same as ObjectDock just "built-in" into Object Dektop? If not, is it a similar program that can replace ObjectDock (both functionality and look), or is it a completely different beast?

Is there a way to use dual-state image w/ AM/PM state? I know you can do this for day/night cycle but apparently 2PM is a day so that doesn't quite work for me, and I couldn't find an option for AM/PM. Basically I'd like to make it so that depending on whether it's AM or PM a different image or text is displayed (in case of text it should be independent of actual time
