I solved the problem by not using Princess anymore ... But, I did pay for the skin, so it should be solved correctly. Also, my daughter misses the theme already! So, please, try to fix this! If any information is needed I am willing to provide. (I cannot access the computer currently, but I will past the system information from WB if you need it)

Thanks for replying. Yes, in all apps and tried several reboots. Strange is that it did work after the first or second reboot, but after that not any more. Screenshot? Well, find an app with checkbox, clear the box and you have your screenshot :P Tried Green and that works. It's just this theme. And it shows wrongly in MyColors too.

When the MyColors Princess is loaded I cannot see the difference between checked and unchecked. Both show Unchecked. Other MyColors work correctly.

No, no per app skin. However, I resetted the blurring and transparancy. Noticed that it had to do with 'Always blur'. When set to no blurring everything was ok. But back to 'Always blur' and it went wrong again. I restarted while all settings were reset and it went away. Then trying to set the 'Always blurr' on again still worked. Seems it is solved for now.

I cannot download any skins, deskscapes or whatever from WinCustomize OR the Skins tab in Central. Strange... it seems that all downloads from website of Wincustomize fail.

I have CursorXP, but it is much too slow to be useful on Vista with my graphics card. Unfortunately, it seems development of CursorXP is dead. I just recently noticed there is a CursorFX. Now CursorXP is not useful anymore, I have to change to CursorFX (Thanks, Stardock!) I tried CursorFX and it works much smoother. So, I have to pay again for a program I had for years. I try to download some Dreams from within SD Central. I do have a WinCustomize subscription, but after two or three downloads I cannot download any more. Only when I remove all IE coockies I can download again. This happens from the WinCustomize Tray program too!

May I ask what 'CursorFX' is? I do not know that program. I only have CursorXP (And it works on Vista too, but it takes too much resources!) And CursorXP is last changed in the year 2004!!

Latest Deskscape does NOT work in Object Desktop Stardock Forums

Previous version of the descscape worked great. However, I installed the latest version (including dreams) and now all deskscapes refuse to work. I don't get an error, it just does nothing when selecting except for a split second showing the Descscape settings... at the bottom of the selection screen. So, reverting back to previous deskscape or wait for a working version? I have Deskscape version 1.95(b).028 and Dreams version 1.90(b).015
