Look under the general section in the dock configuration panel.Click on advanced options. The first choice(When shortcut s run...)should not be selected.

those are three seperate docks.To remove the ones you don't want open the dock configuration screen.Then click on my docks(lower left corner)then click on dock on right then on remove this dock.Repeat for bottom dock.I think thats what you're trying to do.Good luck

work in progress.This is my work comp.An undersea hodgepodge of docks and one lonely fish.It would take me all month to remember who all the icon art comes from(besides myself.)but they are a mix up from several..ta if you recognize something as yours lol

I was having the same problem with object dock.I uninstalled then reinstalled through SDC and that solved it for me.Hope you get it working.
