I have no intention of dealing with you anymore. BakerStreet I appreciate your post and regret that you do not want to “deal with me anymore”, but I a least hope you will read this post to your response and hopefully you will search out the scriptures for in them ye think ye have eternal life and it be

You and Aeryck are the two witnesses, right? It could be analagous to us myrrander. There were two questions posed... What was their testimony? What was their torment? We must understand that their witness is in a day when evil is unloosed and rampant. Their witness is that they simply

the bible is to be read with as you said, faith and understanding, or reason I agree aeryck... the bible is more than just a book. More than just poetry, history and prohecy.. It is the avenue which leads the lost sinner to God and His Salvation... Jesus Christ. To read it with anything less th

Very true post bluedev..... I became the name associated with hate on jU- Article Religions Anonymous Quote from that post- This blog is only for people who hate preachers . Needless to say I am a preacher. I hate no one. My stand for the Truth of God's Word is often construed as hate, but hate is when one find joy in anothers misfortune. For I can not think of anyone that I would find this pleasure, whether

In the Book of the Revelation of the Lord Jesus Christ, in that day of tribulation the Spirit of God reveals to John two of God's witnesses. in the 7 verse of the chapter the Word of God tells us that they are killed for their TESTIMONY. In the 10 verse of the chapter it states that they that dwell upon the earth shall rejoice over them, and make merry, and s

I have a hard time with the idea of converting to another religion...yet, at the same time, I do not want to live life forcing myself to believe in something just because the church preaches it. InBloom the church could be wrong...... just take the Word of God and pray the Holy Spirit to reveal to you the life in Christ that He desires for every

I entertain thoughts of deception and untruth every time I read something you've posted. What do you think myrr about Matthew 23? Would you think that Christ was too tuff on those guys? Why do you think He was so descriptive of their unbelieving character? What had they done and said t

Frankly, I think He was talking about people who outwardly profess to care about people's souls, and yet show no kindness or charity to anyone that disagrees with them, or is considered "unclean" by them. People who brandish the words of God as weapons but have no other concern beyond the fact that they sting when they hit. <

There's nothing "christ-like" about baiting, namecalling, and backbiting. There's nothing "Christ-Like" about telling people you don't know that they are Atheists, or that they "Hate God and God's Word". Read Matt. Chpt 23 Woe unto you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites . Woe unto yo

In the Second Epistle of John verse 7-11 the believer is warned against false teachers (VS7) "for many deceivers are entered into the world, who confess not that Jesus Christ is come in the flesh. This is a deceiver and an antichrist." (VS9) "Whosoever transgresseth and abideth not in the doctrine of Christ, hath not God."

What do I think? I think it's been 2000 years for Christ to come back, even though he said that his generation would live to see him return. As for the anti-christ, he's a nice boogey man made up on a book that only got included in the Bible by a few votes back in the day. I'm more scared of the Loch Ness Monster. </TABL

Ah, my friend philomedy. It has been a long time since we have blogged. Hope all has been well with you. I am tickled to death to see you are spending time in the scriptures- they are the source of eternal life. To your question, I would have to agree with aeryck... the bird. I have a question, if you don't mind philomedy.... what does 2 Corinthians

It is apparent that the man in Hades had deep regret, and deep anguish about his position, what an eye in to the OTHER SIDE. aeryck is correct about the truth of the scriptures, I wish this deep regret upon NO soul. Consider the heart of unbelief, Matt.28:11-15 When the soilders guarding the selpucher of the Lord were satisfied that He

Thanks for the clarafication above little whip / emperoroficecream no one has come back to tell us about it I think this is the reason God gave us this glimps of truth. God does not want the fate of the rich man to be our eternal destiny, unless we reject His salvation in Christ. He wants us t

aeryck your knowledge of the scriptures is refreshing. I have often thought when Christ redeemed the souls of those (the repentant thief on the cross, Lazarus, OT Saints, etc...)imprisioned in Paradise that what hopelessness must have been witnessed on the other side of the great gulf. They saw first hand God redeem fallen man, only to realize their (unbelieving) eternal destiny of agony. Colossians 2:15 comes to mind.... having spoiled princ

Larry this is a good article and one can not argue with the data. Thanks for the post. I do think that what we see here is the old adage "we see things not as they are, but as we are". It is this blatant hypocrisy that little whip was talking about in the Good Buddhist Article. Nothing will turn one away quicker! But with all the hypocrisy, it still does not change the fact that gay marriage is a new ideology of

Sure, nobody is perfect, but what I've found to be a major turn-off about many 'people of faith' is hypocrisy. You know, the preacher who rails against adultery on Sunday morning and then buys himself a Sunday night blowjob from the local crack-whore. The staunch "pro-lifers" that later arrange an abortion for their 13 year old d

if people are going to screw around with code for this application, you might at least make some attempt to check the resultant abortion for errors. Can you expound on this thought little whip? I don't know that I understand what you mean? preacherman
