i assume you have the program windowblinds?? you need that program to apply the .wba file. check out this http://www.windowblinds.net/ for windowblinds.

I'm glad that wincusto is going to 'raise the bar' on the quality of wallpapers that are accepted. I supported it at skinz, and I'll support it here too. It can only mean one thing....better wp's for everyone!!! ...good work admin's

if you already have icq plus installed, then click the little "+" symbol on your icq window....open the icqplus window by clicking the larger "+" symbol at the bottom of that window.....now all you need to do is click the "import" button, then click ok to apply the new skin.... ....hope that helps

i still have an old 500mhz, 256MB ram....i find that i can work on it without any probs (unless i'm working at 300dpi, instead of 72dpi).....i'm going to upgrade in the next month or so to a 1.1Ghz system just because it's cheap
