I had a planet create 2 constructors at one time. Happened repeatedly. Have not been able to recreate. Yet.

I agree to a point. I don't think they should surender to someone they do not know. It is not offered as an option for the human player so it should not be an option for the AI. I don't have a problem with them surrendering to someone other than who is attacking though.
VERY cool ship.
I'm occasionally getting popups about my ships being out of range and needing to autopilot back, or about how they can't travel that far I saw this in my last game as well. What the freak? I am attacked on a pl
Merry Christmas.
Well. Highest PQ planet with a Star Port gets the Manu. Cap. Economic goes to the one planet that makes freighters. Political would go to the planet closest to the center of the map, provided the one nearest the center does not have oneof the others already assigned. BTW I see you are still Emperor of the Foundation.
It is still not working.
"all this means that the u p meetings should be full from the begining of the game." Have to disagree. The races should not be represented until they are discovered. The way it is now. "it shows where the territory for each race is on the mini map" Hmm. I can see there territory on the mini map with all races set to unknown.
Unable to submit to Meta again. To second what Popup said about ranges. In the last two games I have played the ranges of individual ships do not fan out on an even keel from Star Bases. I have not noticed this problem before but I had not built alot of SBs either. The ranges appear fine from planets I own or have acquired. I have seen a lot of talk about the Alliances... Seems much harder to get them in GC II vs GC I. Not that thats a bad thing.
Ditto mayito. There are 2 SB modules named Mining Barracks. One gives +2%. The other gives +3%.
2. consider making the manufacturing/economic/technological capital tiles an upgrade to the colony tile (with appropiate colony image), thus individually distinguishing the colonies. Would you then only be able to build one Capital per planet (economic, political, manufacturing, etc.)? I like the idea but I am partial because I never put more than one type of capital per planet. One of the great things about GC I was those additional morale and culture capital
"Our spies working in the Altarian Empire have discovered a previously unknown race called the Iconians. They are reported to have a neutral alignment and their homeworld is located somewhere in sector x,y." would probably be relatively easy to add. That is an excellent idea.

Thanks Popup.
I don't have the answers you are looking for. But I did read your questions.
I have seen this as well. Like you say. It is always on reloads.
Agree with the minimum accepted button. Would be nice to have a Maximum accepted as well. I trade alot of techs to minors for cash and it can take a while to find the break point where the screen will go green and you get an amount of bc for the techs you are selling. My treasury never gets over 3000~4000 bc and that is usually at the end of the game. I spend most of the time loosing about 200 bc per turn so the break points matter.
i have this problem to. ur start a new game with old ship designs and you cant delete them cause their listed as core designs. what the heck. even useless ones i deleted just to mess around with show up. If you use what jmgarth wrote above they will disappear. <TABLE cellpadding=8 width="95%" align=center bgColor=#FFF394 class="mb-Bo
There is an in game pop-up that allows you to choos a path to follow. Right fter good and evil. I know it works in the latest beta. Interstellar Republic is the first opportunity to change government. You should get a pop-up that says you can change. Also you can see it on th edomestic policy screen. Look at the tabs on the bottom. First brings up a list of planets or ships. Second is reasearch. Third is domestic. Click that one. In that screen there are three tabs. Click t
CTD. debug and exception e-mailed. Aren't those tab already in the civilisation manager (hot key F6)? Bah. Will look. I loathe hot keys. Thanks for the info.
I don't think I ever remember seeing a Minor consruct a Star Base in GC I. Certianly the minors are a bit more agressive this go around. Thats a good thing. However it would be nice to have the ability to trade tech/bc/ships/etc. to the Minors for these SB that they are constructing. Just like with the Majors. Thoughts?
Thanks. I figured it was in the files somewhere. Now I know exactly where to look.
