he's not using his medals, he's using his war record. He says that he fought honorably in Vietnam (let's not make this another argument about the SBV's) even though he opposed it. Zell Millers is free to vote however he wants, but why be a Democrat if you vote with republican over 70% of the time. People are trying to show Zell Miller as evidence that democrats are moving towards Bush, but this is really misleading since Zell Miller isn't much of a democrat. Yes, that's true. America did throw off its opressors a long time ago. But you can not blame every individual person for not standing up to a tyrant.
