Yeah... May tell you that I'm not a hacker. However I know a several ways to get US or Canadian IP-address and use it to come here (this service costs ~ $50 single). So the total IP banning can't solve the problem with some idiots... I think that it will be wholly enough if all of us who love this place will show to such people how we despise them and offer to go away quickly... Some time ago I found on my site that my access level has been raised to 4 (apropos I didn't receive any notices from Wincustomize about this by e-mail). As I undestood the Wincustomize subscribers that have level 4 or higher can upload their skins without any aproval.
