hi...it is quite unlikely that you can't save jpeg format since PS is a graphic software...but anyways maybe the problem is your color mode setting. Make sure your mode is set to RGB and 8 bit/channel. Its on the Image >> Mode menu. Good luck..hope this helps

I also had lots of rejections with my wallpaper uploads...and yes it is very frustrating..but I guess it just mean one thing.....you just have to make it better and try to ask yourself what is wrong with it cause surely there is something in there that is not quite acceptable.....there will always be room for improvement...gambatte!!!..keep it up

Since many artists have developed their talents using this community, is there any way that we can submit other Art works other than skins or applications for windows customization?
