ObjectDesktop (WindowBlinds, IconPackager,... + MyColors + CursorFX + ObjectDock) will be compatible with Vista SP1?
These latest builds (WindowBlinds 6.1 (build 83 x86 - Vista Edition) + WindowBlinds 6.1 (build 84 x86 - Vista Edition)) are really problematic. 1. Open WindowBlinds config panel 2. Apply default Windows Vista theme > Aero (WindowBlinds will close automatically) 3. Open SDC and update WindowBlinds (6.02 > 6.1 or 6.1b83 > 6.1b84) 4. Reboot 5. Try to apply any skin (example Aero > Buzzz or Aero > Dallas Mavericks) 6. Doesn't work (default classic theme)
The best feature I can think of would be for impulse to check a target directory for an existing install, and reassociate with it.
+1
Now I have one here.
I already had this problem with previous versions of WindowBlinds + Windows Vista.
Very nice, thanks.

@Rem Colbourne: Uninstall CFX, reboot, cleanup profil, install CFX and reboot. Voila! :)
Strange, this bug is gone since the latest build of CFX+. All works fine for me with CFX+ 2.00.008 and IconPackager (latest build).
Latest beta builds of IconDeveloper works fine without any major problem under Windows Vista 32-bits.
If you open TweakVista and go to the Security section and check Medium-low security the boxes won't show up.
No thanks. Disable this feature is not a real solution. I already use TweakVista for this feature: "High security" (Unix-like comportement). :)
If referring to the UAC warning boxes Tweak Vista controls that
- Euh, ? (explain please) :)
...and applying WindowBlinds that's just being picky.
- First (beta) builds of CursorFX don't have this "problem" (I think).
I hope it fixes the ShortCut overlay for Vista.
+1
The next MyColors update will resolve the issue with MyColors telling the user they need to upgrade to WindowBlinds 6.02.
Perfect, thanks.
Also note... that the MyColors themes that you have purchased a while back, if they are back on the "coming soon" list, then it will be ready as soon as we update the suites. The ones in "coming soon" will NOT work with MyColors 2008.I suggest using MyColors 2008 to apply the SINS MyColors themes, and also, please not that the system requirements state that it works with 32-bit, not 64.
- Windows Vist
but Vista shadows are not supposed to be enabled in it either, since they don't match the frame shape. I'm not sure why you have shadows in your screenshot.
Good question, downloaded and installed via MyColors. I use WindowBlinds 6.1 beta/alpha with default settings, same problem.
I also have no idea why half of your window frame doesn't show up.
Normal, cropped via Photoshop. :)
There's no reason why those progress bars shouldn't be skinned e
Ah okay, I'm disappointed to pay for a theme with this kind of limitations under Vista. Hummm, >> >> Are you sure?
@bobbyhundreds: Good news, thanks for the info! :)
