Well after I have tried acrylic... 1. I like Adobe Illustrator CS for vector images; at least it has the pen tool! 2. It is a good paint program as far as I can see. It’s not as complex as Adobe Illustrator CS but I guess it would be a good entry level program for anybody interested in graphics design. 3. It would be a great partner program for ms paint. Not a good replacement though if it finds its way into longhorn. I like

.tga is a file extension. It’s a form of image like .jpg .bmp .gif etc. if you’re not able to access these files there is a setting in skin studio under tools/ preferences. Down the left side you’ll see a list. Click "image editors". You’ll see a check box that says… convert TGA files to PNG before using image editors. Looks to me the hole number is greater than the number quoted because it says "increasing by $4 billion from 2003". To get the complete figure you would have to add the number from 2003 and I’m not going to look it up but it would be interesting to know what it is.
