/me feels very scared i dont want my picture escaping out into the wild, people can use it to try and steal my soul! and as if that isnt bad enough, then they will have things beyond my words to base an upinion on *panic*
feline
interesting? shouldnt there be more letters in that? it looks to flat
the only problem i have with OB under win2k is that it always crashes as soon as i open a second windows media player window. if you are opening a lot of windows, this could be an effect, since it has also been reported with colorpad. beyond that i am finding the latest builds quite stable. i am even learning to edure the XP skins, so long as i try and avoid opening the mega death start menu *shudder* <img src="http://images.stardock.com/images/smiles/smile.gif" border=0 ALIGN
and of course there is the other side of the question, how would you like to see the points distributed in your ideal partner /me wonders how many people will say 10 beauty / 0 inteligence
Elm Goodie - 7 beauty, 7 intelligence at the risk of being picky, are you sure you rate 7 inteligence when you distributed all 14 of your 10 points?
craeonics - hands a chocolate cookie to feline and tosses one to plainsong too /me PURRRRR i always said craeonics was a wonderful person
well, the thought was there anyway, if you are going to do something, then you might as well do it properly
yes, but all potential chocolate dispensers look the same. it is only when you actually start giving out chocolate to deserving cats that you become disginguished. of course, i have no idea why plainsong cannot distinguish between you
Jafo - BTW....me is back... so, no need for me to volunteer to take your place temporarily then? i am sure i could find some strange spelling to complain about in most posts, if only people would understand my viewpoint better *sigh*
this is tricky 9 points in feline inteligence, very lateral mind, thinks about everything from different sides 6 points in human inteligence, since i am not good at remembering isolated facts for exams spare points, spare points, all right, who has got my spare points!!!
if it doesnt run office, will i be able to tell the difference? /me goes back to stairing at the 14 open word documents that are currently not responding *sigh*
craeonics - Now if only you would admit that Denmark is a small island south of Australia, all would be forgiven. /me is prepared to admit this /me has fond memories of geography class, sticky magma, runny magma, glaciers, just dont remember where any places are
i think there is a word for that Jafo /me goes looking for a dictionarry ah yes, here it is, 'marrage' good old circular definitions strike again
/me decides to embrace my ignorance with several limbs at once what is the point in having one partner who is always wrong? from the male point of view, i would get fed up of being told that i was wrong all the time, especially since i bound to be right some of the time, even if only by accident and from the female point of view, what is the point in having conversations with some
are you sure you dont want to try the newsgroups? i often find then quite a helpful source of information. as for the programs, i tried the first beta of WB3 a few days ago, on my windows 98 work machine. i did get some strange graphics corruption on the menu bar of outlook 2000, but it was largely ok appart from that at first. the machine did go screwey after that, but i cannot really draw any conclusions from this, since this machine is quite unstable anyway. as fo
oh yes, for those of you who havent guessed i am not actually married, although this shouldnt invalidate my answer
what about chocolate? i feel that enough chocolate (and donuts of course) can solve most problems
paxx, surely most people well familiar with skining would already have most of the skinz for the apps they currently use? if so, then the only skin downloading they would be doing would be new stuff as it is posted, and possibly the full set of skinz when they try out a new app. as for download.com, i seem to recall figures suggesting that wincustomize is heading for the same sort of bandwidth requirements as download.com, but without the death by adverts. i see your point, bu
/me decides to press the "dont press that" button what are the definitions of "community" that are being used here? re: paxx having a conscience case here... personally i am not entirely sure how to define this word, but i am going to have a go. it seems that there are basically 3 "groups" of people here: a) people who post their work, and are active b) people who
to go back to an earlier figure, how accurate are the numbers "5% of users are taking 80% of bandwidth"? i think there are two "views" here, one that is thinking lots of "average" users will be impacted, and one that thinks only a very small number of "very heavy" users will be impacted. or to put it another way, what percentage of users is the initial cap expected to effect? if stopping 6 users (silly extream i hope) solves the bandwidth problem, then this sounds radically di
well, its only fair that if i am pouncing on the tiger, that the tiger gets to pounce on me and as memory servers, tigger prefered to bounce
fearoffours - I did dress up as a tiger for the tiger party anyway... /me suddenly has a much higher opinion of fearoffours come here my lovely little cuddly tiger . . .
so, ideas for a scary outfit? perhaps an xp skin outfit? me thinks that would scare quite a lot of the regulars!
will the IE scroll bar control skinning work in W2K and 9x, or is that going to be XP only? sounds lovely, just so long as it doesnt require XP. /me finds self considering upgrading OS's just to get better windowblinds support is this a good or a bad sign???
/me considers a change of profession - suddenly mail man sounds appealing
