WinFX doesn't do Explorer

I just bought WindowFX Enhanced, and it refuses to apply its effects to Explorer windows. Otherwise it works flawlessly. What's going on? explorer.exe certainly isn't in the exceptions list.

Are you using SP2 on an Athlon 64 chip?

Nope. SP2 on a Pentium M (Dell XPS M170).
