Windowblinds 5 Skin Issues

i dont know what is goin on here but i cant seem to figure out why this skins is doing this??

i downloaded it from DA and the screenshot of it looked fine......when i installed it.....my start menu looks like this with the icons cut off?
how do i remove those icons from my start menu??

if you think you can help lemme know cause i'm puzzled?

DJ,

I downloaded the same WB as you have.

If you click on WB config, you'll notice in the preview of the skin, the "top" is cut off, it may be a bug, or the Author hasn't finished yet. You may want to put a post over at DA

well it seems like it is finished......seeing as his screenshot isnt anything like mine....it would seem to be a problem on my end?
i have read every post on the skin at DA and not one person has said anything about it??

do yours cut off like that?? does anyone elses??

seems weird to me....and i have spend 3 hours lookin for a fix? but nuthin so far..... anyway i'm still puzzled?

its not cut off on mine dj, have you tried reinstalling? only problems i have with it is the log off thingy

yeah um not sure i did go and reinstall........and its seems to be still messed up!

i have been searching for hours now.....and i dont get it???
i uninstalled it and reinstalled but still nuthin.....

I also had this problem. The way I solved it was by changing the size of my icons. Right click on your desktop and go to settings then click on Appearance then click on advanced then click on other advanced controls. Under Item choose Icon. You'll have to reduce the size of the Icons. 35 worked for me. Hit ok and you'll be in business. Hope this helps.

not sure why i started doin that.....s'posed to replace peace.....and now i have people responding with "and corn" ha ha ha ha ha funny.....my moms types it on messenger now....which is funny as heck!
mostly everyone on my list types it now.....which is funny as well

and the Advaldi Skin is sickly wicked!!!WHOA!!
i woulda posted a question over at DA but there was some silly argument goin on about his skin getting pulled because of MS....blah blah blah..um just glad i was able to fix it! only thing i dont really like about the fix is that my desktop icons are small now?? seening as i changed the size to fix my start panel i guess "no pain, no gain"....so um sorta ok with it!
