It's probably Kol's VistaXP, but MS made him remove it.

i believe Bulma is right its kol's longhorn 5203. i cant seem to find it here on wc though.

Heh, yeah it is Kol's VistaXP. I just got it from him, looks the same, and looks awesome. I use the glass one though OHH!! And can anybody tell me a way to make the taskbar glass, but not like the top of the screen when you have windows? Like it's annoying because I don't maximize all my windows, so it gets in the way of my desktop text, and it looks really ugly. I like how the taskbar is glass, just dont like how the top part is. Thanks for your help!!
