Replacing Animated Web Navigation Icon

Can someone tell me how to replace the animated icon in the upper right corner of browser (IE in particular) and folder (like 'my computer') windows? Thanks very much for help with this.

Ahhh . . sweet reminders of WebBlinds. I still have my copy and it still works, but it is not supported by Stardock any more.

What you're describing is commonly called the Thobber.
It can be changed per skin in SKS or you can try this link: http://www.kellys-korner-xp.com/throbber.htm

Good luck

Thanks very much for replying. I assume SKS is Skin Studio though I've never used it (I've been doing desktop design but not designing any desktop elements). At any rate, I just opened Skin Studio to see if I could figure out how to change the throbber but can't find a reference to it. Can you point me in the right direction? Thanks again.

to see where it fits in, open the Anion skin in SKS, then navigate to the Throbber seciotn in the Explorer

if you look to the right you will see the file name of the Throbber

you can then change the file to your own animated throbber

i hope this helps

Webblinds rocks for playing with your throbber.
