Whatever wallpaper you currently have applied is what will show in the windowblinds preview screen.

It is what Night Train said. WB will only display your current wall. However, you can keep the wall that came with the blind from being installed too if you go to Basic settings and then Enhance Desktop elements and un check the "apply any wallpaper supplied" option in the WB configuration. Just click the WB icon in your task tray. You can get Download Manager and put together your own arrangements. It can be found here. https://www.wincustomize.com/software.aspx

To continue on with a wallpaper problem, I've got the "apply any wallpaper supplied" option checked, yet when I apply a WB, I seem to retain whatever my previous wallpaper was, even though when I download the WB files, the image on say, wincustomize, seems to indicate that there is a specific background wallpaper for that particular WB.

What am I doing wrong with this?  Is it just that there are no actual wallpapers being supplied, that they are going to some other location, or is there some other link that I'm supposed to be going to, to actually get those wallpapers (and if so, where exactly am I supposed to download them so that the WB program knows to access them?

As you can tell, I'm a newbie to WB.  I do like it, but it's got the most god-awful awkward set of user controls.

Is it just that there are no actual wallpapers being supplied

This is probably the case.

You can verify the existence or non-existence of a wall in any WindowBlinds skin by navigating to the skin folder in "C:\Program Files\Stardock\WindowBlinds" folder. Open the folder bearing the skin's name > View menu > Thumbnails - this will allow you to easily view the skin files and identify the wall you saw in say a screenshot on WinCustomize.

If you do not see the wall, then there was no wall supplied.

In some instances, clicking the "Details" button on a library skin may result in finding any links or information for the wall in the preview.

If the wall was not included, then your best bet is to place the wall image you want to use in "C:\WINDOWS\Web\Wallpaper" folder, and then access the image in "Display Properties > Desktop tab > Background list", and apply from there.
