I first thought it was the DesktopX browser someone at dA made. But it does seem to be a WB skin with a much tweaked explorer.

is that from the show us your desktop? i use a dialup acc so it can be fuzzy, but it looks like Reppiks's folders in the shot

The file browser in the screenshot is Windows Explorer. I use "Styler" toobar to alter the buttons and address bar.
