HELP!

Windowblinds 5

I love windowblinds but unfortunately it slows my computer down far too much. I only have the shareware version (windowblinds 5) but i can't seem to uninstall it!! I have UNLOADED windowblinds already. It keeps asking for log files when i click the uninstallation wizard (unwise.exe)?!?!

SOMEONE PLEASE HELP
