Question about possible start menu glitch

I've got a question about what seems to be an error in the way that the programs listing is displayed in the start menu when using windowblinds. After I first load a skin, the list of programs seems to be skinned correctly, but after I start scrolling through the list or when I come back later, the list will have reverted to being non-skinned. This seems like a glitch or something. It's happened with pretty much every windowblinds skin I've used. Is this a glitch, and if so, any suggestions on how to fix it.
