WB5 Trial Doesn't Load

Today, I was using WB5 (a trial version) and decided to change the skin I was using.
I could use WBConfig, but when I clicked Apply Changes, nothing happened.
I thought I would restart WB, so I clicked the Unload WindowBlinds option (in WBConfig) and the prompt appeared, WB would appear to unload (Windows Classic theme, etc) but WBConfig and the system tray icon would still stay.
I unloaded WB using the system tray icon, which closed it completely.
I went to the WB folder and clicked Wbload.exe, but nothing happened (Task Manager did not show the Wbload.exe process as running). WBconfig still runs. What can I do about this? I cannot restart right now.
My WBconfig system information says:

WindowBlinds 5.0 System Information Report:

STATUS : WB+ SRV+ HLP+ UI+ TRAY+

WindowBlinds is installed correctly on this PC.

Your machine does not support per pixel borders on WindowBlinds skins.

This is because :

Your computer graphics hardware does not support acceleration of per pixel alpha. WindowBlinds requires this for per pixel alphablended borders as without it performance would be poor. Please see if you can obtain new drivers for your graphics hardware. Recent ATI & NVIDIA boards should support this feature. Onboard graphics tend not to.

You have one monitor in total.

Can someone please help me quickly? I would really like to go back to using WB5 properly.

Not sure what you mean by properly, since your system doesn't support the per pixel.

Leaving out your video card info doesn't help

also, what is your computer system including service packs?

My system:
2.2GHz Intel Celeron processor
256MB RAM
30GB HD
Windows XP Pro, SP1
Anyway, I restarted now when I could, it's working now. Thanks anyway.

256MB RAM

How do you manage to use even XP with just 256MB of RAM.. It must be excruciatingly(sp?) slow!

It's slow a lot of the time.
Currently I have running in my system tray: MSN Messenger, GetRight, Norton AV, Modem status monitor, WB5
Currently I have running (as programs): Furcadia FSH Editor (graphics editor for Furcadia, an MMORPG), Windows Explorer and VB6. However it's running OK right now.
