Shell Style Help

I'm using windowblinds 4.6 and no matter what blind I use the right image in the shell Style doesn't show (ie. my pictures ect..).
I'm talking about the large picture for special folders. The control panel image shows yp fine as do the left images. Is there a setting for this or any ideas as to why they don't show? Any help would be great.

I didn't have "show pictures for individual folders" checked in the folders - tools - folder options - view section.
